CBSE Board Exam 2014 likely to begin on March 1

Ending speculation that Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 10th and 12th exams would be advanced in view of Lok Sabha polls early next year, the board said exams would be held on schedule.

In a statement, CBSE said that the Board exams would be held from March 1, 2014 as conducted every year.

Last year too, CBSE had begun the Board examinations on March 1, which continued for a month.
